Penn Fixture & Supply Returns and Exchanges Items purchased at Penn Fixture & Supply may be returned and/or exchanged: if and only if they meet the following criteria: They are unused, undamaged & are returned in their original, resalable packaging They are returned within 90 days of sale They are returned with a valid receipt or invoice Returned Special Order merchandise is subject to a 10-25% restocking fee plus freight. This fee is at the discretion of the manufacturer and will be calculated on a case by case basis. Customized items including but not limited to specially produced furniture & printed glassware are considered NON RETURNABLE ITEMS. Merchandise that is approved for return will be either satisfied with store credit or handled through the issuing of a credit memo. Please note that approved credit memos take between 2-4 weeks to process.
